Mission Trip..

That's where we will be going this weekend...

Well, frankly speaking, I'm more nervous than excited..lol..

Let me explain..
We(as in my cell group) will be going to cameron for a mission trip.
Its more of a trip tere to help the people there. You see, we are all so fortunate to have everything under the roof.. We practically have everything we need BUT WE STILL WANT SOMEMORE!!! Getting something YOU NEED and getting something YOU WANT is TOTALLY Different!!!

You don't think its true???
Let me give you some examples...

Number ONE:
You need food ................... but you want................... EXPENSIVE FOOD

Number TWO:
You need clothes.................. But you want.................... BRANDED CLOTHES

Number THREE:
You need a phone.......but you want.....THE BEST WITH ALL THE GADGETS

Now does it sound familiar??

Lol.. Sometimes I do have to agree.. I am sometimes ungrateful of what I have.. Most of the time its usually when I see things that OTHER PEOPLE have and I don't, I tend to feel small.. Is that normal or am I just super weird?? Sigh..

Oh rite, back to the mission trip..Hehehee..

So, we will be packing the stuff 2moro at my place..
Then saturday morning, at around 8pm, we will leave to cameron..
Kampung Batu 23 is in Cameron in case some of you are wondering..

Just pray for journey mercies and that everything will go through smoothly.. We will be travelling the old road up.. Its quite scary...lol..
Will update when I'm back if its nice..sigh..
I had a bad experience in a mission trip that's y I'm very scared..sigh..

Oh well, WITH GOD, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!!!!

Wave Challenge

I'm so sorry..
I didn't really have much time to update..
Plus I was lazy too la..lol..

We'll I thank God I manage to go for WAVE CHALLENGE!!!

At 1st I didn't want to go..
I don't like to be the one supporting and not playing!!
That's kinda like my character..lol.. Sry

So, suddenly at around 12am came an sms from Yvon asking me to go and support..
She pestered me soooooo much.. sigh.. I also started to get excited as well..

But the problem is it was on saturday.. And I only felt like going on friday at 1230 am.. AND We had to be in church by 630 AM just to wait for the bus then go together from church all the way to the Balik Pulau Complex..

630AM!!!! That would mean leaving my house by 6 am and having to wake up by 5am!!!
I was like.. "Ohhhhh noooooo.... I need my beauty sleep!! I need to sleep at least 10 hours!!!"
I know I'm like a baby..lol.. What to do?? Hahahahaha..

The other problem was I NEED TRANSPORT!!!!!! At least to church..sigh.. If only I could drive by myself..lol.. But its good my parents doesn't allow also la.. Who know's what will happen..lol..
So the next day, once I woke up, I immediately started smsin the whole world who could drive to get transport..

So to cut the long story short, I manage tumpang someone there..lol.. Thank God for that space..lol..

And noe what I was glad about was that I manage to meet my old frens.. And I was supporting their team instead of my church..lol.. I feel sooooooo bad.. Hahahahaha.. Sry guys..

Lazy to explain the rest de plus I got to go.. So yea..

Conclusion,
I enjoyed myself.. The team I supported won and I'm sooo super proud of them!!!
Congrats guys!! U did a great job!!

BTW, it's called wave challenge because there were 4 games happening at the same time and it was placed against churches as well as school cf rep's.. hehehe.. Captain ball(I love this game even though didn't really play much of it), floorball, slam ball and skittle ball.. All very cool games.. :)

Footprints In The Sand

One night I dreamed a dream.
I was walking along the beach with my Lord. Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life. For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand, one belonging to me and one to my Lord.

When the last scene of my life shot before me I looked back at the footprints in the sand. There was only one set of footprints. I realized that this was at the lowest and saddest times of my life. This always bothered me and I questioned the Lord about my dilemma.

"Lord, You told me when I decided to follow You, You would walk and talk with me all the way. But I'm aware that during the most troublesome times of my life there is only one set of footprints. I just don't understand why, when I need You most, You leave me."

He whispered, "My precious child, I love you and will never leave you, never, ever, during your trials and testings. When you saw only one set of footprints, It was then that I carried you.

I just love this story so much..

Everytime I have a problem, I always come back to read this..

It's one of the most touching stories in my life that lifts me up during one of the lowest moments in life..
